Allison’s research topics related to higher education involve, but not limited to: STEM pathways, career and workforce development, mentorship, diversity and inclusion, and college student mental health. Allison has expertise in federal and higher education grants management. Allison creates resource lists and edits various documents including reports, surveys, RFPs, and PowerPoint presentations. She also drafts or assists with drafting of various documents, including final reports, pilot program frameworks, and articles for online publication.
